Got any questions?

How much does the rental cost?
The standard Trayser 2.0 rental is £84 per week. Through the AdRider programme (advertisers sponsor your side panels) the same bike is £55 per week — around 35% less. Pay-as-you-go is £12 per day with a 3-day minimum. Every plan includes the bike, free maintenance and battery swap, a 1,056 Wh battery, a charger and a security lock with chain.
Is there a starter fee or a long contract?
No starter fee. A 4-week contract applies to delivery rentals; after the initial period you renew or return, with no notice period.
What documents do I need?
Four items before collection: proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), photographic ID (passport or driving licence), a screenshot of your rider ID (your profile page on the delivery app), and a selfie. Upload them in advance via the Upload Documents page, or bring them with you.
How big is the battery and how far does it go?
The Trayser 2.0 carries a 1,056 Wh removable battery — most delivery e-bikes carry under 500 Wh. That gives around 50–60 miles (80–120 km) of use, or roughly 6–8 working hours depending on settings.
How do battery swaps work?
Swap an empty battery for a fully charged one for free at our site, so you can continue working without delay — or charge at home in about 4 hours.
