Four steps to your first shift
Request a bike
Fill in the signup form. We will check for availability and contact you directly.
Collect the bike
Arrive at your appointment with your ID documents — upload them beforehand or bring them with you. Deposit and first rental payment are due at collection.
Use the bike
Boost your earnings. Swap the battery for free at our site or charge at home. Free maintenance appointments, as many times as you need.
Renew or return
After your initial rental period, either return the bike to us or renew your rental following our renewal procedure.

ETT Industries (part of Otto Scooter Ltd) has partnered with Uber Eats to offer couriers exclusive deals on flexible Trayser 2.0 e-bike rentals in London. The rental includes unlimited maintenance and free battery swaps, with no long contract — riders pay only for what they use.
Couriers on the UberPro Diamond and Platinum tiers additionally receive a second battery at no extra rental cost, extending the 50–60 mile range across a full double shift. The Trayser 2.0 is an EAPC e-bike, so no licence or CBT is required.
