Request a Bike
Fill in the signup form. We will check for availability and contact you directly.

Collect the bike
Please arrive at your appointment with your ID documents. You can upload them beforehand or bring them with you. Payment for the deposit and first rental period will be due upon collection.

Use the bike
Now you can use the bike to boost your earnings. Swap the battery for free at our site or charge at home. Need any maintenance? Simply contact us to book a free appointment, as many times as you need.

Renew or Return
After your initial rental period comes to an end, either return the bike to us, or renew your rental, following our renewal procedure.
