From request to riding
Request bike
Fill in the signup form via the Request button and tell us what you need.
Check availability
We contact you directly to confirm availability and schedule your collection.
Upload documents
Submit the 4 required documents before pickup — or bring them with you.
Pay & collect
Bring the £200 deposit and first rent payment, plus your photographic ID, to collect the bike.
Extend or return
Extend your rental with a new payment, or return the bike at the end of the period.

How much does it cost to rent an e-bike in London for a few days?
ETT Industries rents the Trayser 2.0 e-bike to leisure riders at £12 per day on a pay-as-you-go basis (3-day minimum), with no starter fee. The price includes the bike, a 1,056 Wh removable battery good for around 60 miles, a charger, a security lock with chain, and free maintenance. No licence or CBT is required.
Collection is from the West London workshop (66 Paddenswick Road, W6 0UB), with a refundable £200 deposit and photographic ID at collection. Service is available in the London area only.
